Terms and conditions

In order to log in and have access to our online warehouse you have to register, fill out our questionnaire with all the information requested. To register click here.

After we check your information and you are accepted you will get an e-mail message informing you that your account has been activated. Until then you will not be able to place an order.

You have to accept the following rules:
- You will be able to use our pictures for your Internet store ONLY!
- All our pictures are protected by Copyright. It is PROHIBITED to use them in any internet auction portal. You are not allowed to pass them on or allow anyone to use them without our consent.

Photos of the brand GORSENIA cannot be used in on-line stores in the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Izrael, Kazachstan and the Republic of South Africa.

Rules concerning the use of Nipplex product photographs have changed.
From now on, they cannot be used in on-line stores operating in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.
Warning! You can't use product photographs of Willi in on-line stores operating in Romania.

You are not allowed to pass them on or allow anyone to use them without our consent.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Order processing will take place from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Merchandise available in our warehouse will be shipped out immediately after we receive and confirm payment by our bank. There is a shipping and handling charge depending on the country of destination (11-30 €).

There is no mininum number of products that you have to order. You can even order one product from our offer.

Important! Placing an order and putting our products in your store means that you agreed to the terms and conditions of cooperation. Violation of those rules may result in immediate end of our cooperation.

Privacy policy
Pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act of 29th August 1997 (Journal of Law No. 133, item 883 as amended) all personal data of our customers is confidentia. Any personal data of our registered customers is gathered only with the purpose of order processing or sending out information about our special offers or new items in store (if such consent is given). Personal data cannot be made available, granted or sold to other entities.

Kontri Sp. z o.o. address: Jacka Kuronia 3, 15-569 Bialystok, Poland is the controller of the personal data that are being gathered and processed via www.kontri.biz.

Registration at kontri.biz and supplying personal data is voluntary.

Every customer has the right to view their personal data, to make any changes, demand we stop using it or request we remove it. To remove your e-mail address from our mailing list please send an e-mail to sales@kontri.biz.

You should always remember to log out every time you finish your shopping and leave our wholesale panel. You also shouldn't give your username and password to anyone!
